Easy parking near this intersection, and a large Route 66 souvenir shop. Huge Arizona Route 66 shield on the road. Take a minute to Take it Easy on the corner in Winslow, AZ :)

Ya, it's just a street corner until you visit it. The nostalgia of the moment you're standing there, the energy and the music. Yes the music playing on street speakers. The red ford truck parked on the street. It's all here. That moment when you...More

Nice blast of the past. An era and a nice place to pay tribute. I glad they added Glenn Frey statue. The mural is outstanding

What a fun experience. I planned our whole trip from Albuquerque to Phoenix, and when I was looking for a halfway mark Winslow AZ came up. I didn't even know this was there until I googled what to do and where to stay in Winslow....More

We thought if would be fun to "Stand on the corner" since we were driving through Winslow. It was pretty cool! I got a kick out of the signs in town telling how far it was to "Stand on the corner". We got a few...More

Found this to be a bit disappointing as we expected an actual little park with Eagles music playing but this is actually on a street corner opposite a bar playing music. At least we can say that we have seen a little Route 66 nostalgia.

So, there were quite a few people there taking pics with statues and there is a fun store with souvenirs. It's worth a quick stop for sure! We checked it out on our way from ABQ to the Grand Canyon. The root beer in the...More

It may only be a large cross street in a pretty obscure Arizona town but it is a fantastic experience. Made famous by the timeless classic song "Take It Easy" by the Eagles, this is a chance to simply lose yourself in nostalgia. Each of...More

Although it IS "just" a corner, it is a must-see place. The "souvenir" shop on the (other) corner was great and had a large selection of (just about) everything... Saying that is just s corner is like saying that the Grand Canyon is just a...More

Yes, there is a dog park next door. In fact by itself it's very pretty and it may prompt you to make a "Kodak moment"!
