I took my Granddaughter here the night of our Polar Express train ride. The service was much better than the food but still a place with lots of personality and an old west bar.

What an amazing train ride- desk check in was easy, fast & reasonably priced for all budgets! Truly felt welcome, train hostesses were amazing as were the entertainers- what an experience! Snack cart was cash only & picture packages are relatively inexpensive.

Very organized and quick service at desk check in. That alone was 5 stars....reduced the score to 3 because the cashier at the coffee shop area and gift shop closest to the coffee shop were borderline rude.

It was a very nice place with hotel, gift shop, cafe and of course train station. It was all kept up nice and very close to the town on Route 66. Would love to go back someday.

We had a blast taking the train to the Grand Canyon. It was so easy and saved us driving time. The singing and guitar playing was really entertaining.

The depot has a an old time western gunfight. Very funny. Gift shops are very reasonably priced. Great time.
