We came up here for sunset after we tried Airport mesa and it was too crowded. We are so glad we came here, no one else was here!

We took the "back way" from Highway 17 down Schnebly Road in our Colorado ZR2. You can tell from the reviews that the road condition varies greatly depending on season, weather and use so read the most recent reviews. That having been said, you definitely...More

We took a tour with Sedona Off-Road Adventures and drove up Schnebly Hill Road in a Hummer. I would never take my own personal vehicle up the road unless I had a modified truck or jeep. Great views! Nice and rocky for those of us...More

Great road if you like bumps. The higher you go up Bear Wallow Canyon the smoother the road gets and the better the view. If you're coming in from the Northern end on I17 don't be fooled, your rental car will scrape in a thousand...More

This was our first Jeep trail and it was stunning! We met our Son and girlfriend at the I-17 exit and took the road into Sedona. The views are absolutely stunning and the trail is fun to drive. We met several side by side vehicles...More

Definitely only with a vehicle with high clearance! Drove (slowly) up to the trail head for "Cow Pies". The area was beautiful and we were thrilled to see a herd of deer and a number of stellers jays. I don't think it was "good" for...More
