The most beautiful hiking trail!

There are easy trails and a very strenuous trail. I did both. It's s great place to hike and bike and bring your pet. I just hiked. If I ever come back I'm bringing my cat.

We took a wrong turn using the 10 best hikes in Sedona book and arrived at a trail head that had the most spectacular views. We also did the hike in the book which I would not recommend unless the creek is low and you can cross the rocks. When we visited the rocks were under water and the water... More

One of the most breathtaking views of Sedona. A tracking for all ages, including paths for strollers or people with disabilities.

Convenient parking for $5 paid to a machine at the trail head. You can either climb up to the base of Cathedral Rock, which is not for the faint of heart or anyone suffering from Acrophobia, or take the Templeton trail which follows a natural rock formation for a couple miles. We went about half way up the Cathedral Rock... More

My friend and I aren't the smartest in the fact that we were actually trying to see the Church within the rocks (Chapel of the Holy Cross) but instead we took a trail called Cathedral Rock. Very conflicted once we reached the top and realized that we were in fact, very far from the church. The distance is short but... More

Worth coming to see. We saw it best walking through Red Rock State Park. All of the Sedona area was amazing.

Beautiful views - fun hike - lots of rock scrambling. First part is easy but once you hit the vortex it is all rock.

I'm always reluctant to visit places that are described as "must see's" that are located in popular areas. I usually avoid crowds. And, indeed, when we arrived to the parking area off Back o' Beyond Road (take note), both parking areas (there is a newer, overflow parking zone) were full. We waited for about 5min for someone to pull out,... More
