This can be a bit of a hiking challenge if you try to go around the entire lake. But you don't have to do that to enjoy a good hike and lovely scenery.

Watson Lake, with its granite boulders rising all around the lake, is an amazing place to visit. Canoe, kayak, hike... Enjoy the lake. Around every bend is another awesome sight.

We took lots of photos of this natural area. We didn't have time to hike the trails, but they looked well maintained and of moderate challenge.

Yes, you can bring chairs to hang around the lake on and there are plenty of rocks to sun on.

You're not allowed to swim in Watson Lake as there is a lot of kelp and weed that might trap a swimmers' legs. Same goes for neighboring Willow lake.
