So many trails ranging from easy to intermediate. There is a playground and picnic area for families. There is also a disc golf course. Only minutes from Prescott and Prescott Valley.

Easy walking. Be sure to bring your binoculars. This is a great spot to see waterfowl! The Peavine trail is very flat, and the boulders are fun to explore.

We love to walk our dog in the park area, and feed the ducks too! Always lots of parking and interesting birds to see with our binoculars!

It's always lovely seeing water in the desert. The granite rocks are beautiful. A great spot to kayak and camp

I've been hiking for over three decades and this locale has the best marked trails I have ever been on. You can hike easy or moderate trails here with many options to sit next to the lake. The moderate trails involve a bit of bouldering, but nothing too strenuous. We went when there was a bit of snow and ice... More

There are several trails that you can take. Anywhere from 1/2 mile to 6 miles. The water is the highest I've seen in several years.

$3 admission fee to get in, which was worth it. Not really a hike to get to the lake, although there are several boulders to climb to get to the water. Great spot for a picnic and taking pics!

Both extremely accessible and beautiful. We dont get to Prescott that often but when we do try and hike around the lake. Rock formations stunning. Great for people of all ages. Just a few minutes from downtown

As an avid fan of nature and hiking, this was a total treat. Beautiful lake with a good variety of terrain & views. Loved the (very) vocal geese & ducks on the lake. Nice way to pass a couple of hours!
