My wife and I were both skeptical but all the reviews on Trip Advisor were positive so we gave it a try. What a gem!! Hard to know what my kids enjoyed more goats, ostriches or Lirakeets. It was such an enjoyable hour of quality family time. I took at least 100 photos. When I asked my 10 year old... More

We were just going to "check it out" as we had a long day's drive. But, we had to stay! We spent 2.5 hours of great fun, entertaining and informative animal interactions. Definitely, pay for the monster truck ride around the Ranch. Our driver was so great! (Tips are very much appreciated, BTW.) Goats, birds, deer, ostriches and so much... More

We've driven by this place a hundred times but finally stopped today. What a fun way to spend an hour or two. We did the monster truck ride with a fantastic driver/guide and had fun feeding the animals. I especially enjoyed the beautiful lorikeets.

I really love this place - for me it's always been a great way to break up the drive, with or without a kiddo in the car. You pay a couple of bucks for various types of feed and can spend about an hour walking through interacting with the mini donkeys (my favorite!), goats, deer, ostrichs, ducks, prairie dogs, and... As the sign days " for ages 6 to 106". Arrived via our Harleys. Parking lot hard packed gravel. So much more then just ostriches. You must take the Monster Truck tour. Fun but also very educational. Spent 2 to 3 hours. Well worth the admission.

This is a classic tourist trap but providing lots of good fun for families, especially those with younger children. Located south of Phoenix on I-10, right at the same exit as the Picacho Peak State Park. The 'full package' costs $20 and includes a Monster Truck ride. The kids did enjoy the truck ride through the paddocks of ostriches, but... More

I was sitting at home in the Phoenix area on New Year's Day when I got a text from a friend. He asked me what both of our families can do this day and he was willing to drive outside of Phoenix. I was thinking of all of the basics like Sedona, Flagstaff, etc when I remembered my last family... More

Stopped in on my way home from Phoenix with my daughters (15 & 18). They had a blast feeding the animals (donkeys, parakeets, deer, goats, ostriches, ducks and lorikeets) and taking pictures. Since this is all outdoors, it is highly recommended to go when the temperatures are cooler (mornings in the summer or winter time.

I initially balked at the entry fee which included animal food for a wide variety of livestock within the park. However, I figured what the heck and did it anyway. Man, was I glad I did. This was tons of fun and a most unusual experience. I would do it again!
