Basically a place in distress. Multiple goofs; greeted slowly, told sit anywhere, ignored about 15 minutes, got the attention of server, server cuts me off and leaves, another 12 minutes to get glass of wine, order comes except only one of two items ordered, I ask where appetizer was, server leaves again, "sorry we're out cook didn't tell me", sweet potato fries were not quite reheated so inside was cool and tough (I didn't send back or complain as it was after8 PM now and didn't want to wait another 20minutes to get fully reheated fries. Wine was excellent. Btw the main restaurant in the hotel is really nice, awesome service. It wasn't open tonight. I suggest calling ahead and if main restaurant is closed go elsewhere.

I saw Rimrock was within walking distance from my hotel, so I decided to try it out. It was in the lobby of the Hilton, so I was kind of surprised that it was so busy. To keep it short and sweet, the service was good, the food was very good, and the dining area and bar was clean and comfortable. Food and drink prices were higher than average, but the norm for places around airports.

Stopped in after checking in at Hilton. Staff could not have been nicer. Downside to first visit was that Beer pumps were out so had to settle for bottle beer. No real harm done. Had a couple of appetisers with drink and was more than satisfied with both quantity and taste. So good we popped in on last night as we had coupons. Had main dishes and found them both to be tasty and great value. Beer pumps back up and working and found local ale to my liking! Staff different from first night but no change to service.
