About
Known as the "crown jewel" because of its regal history and unmatched ambiance, Biltmore Fashion Park is an outdoor shopping experience in a park-like setting and serves as home to some of the finest shopping in Arizona. Anchored by the state's only Saks Fifth Avenue, even the most sophisticated of shoppers can't resist the selection of high-end retailers including: Apple, M•A•C Cosmetics, J.Crew, lululemon athletica, Brooks Brothers, Escada, Jonathan Adler, Macy's, Pottery Barn, Ralph Lauren and Williams-Sonoma. In November 2012, Biltmore Fashion Park unveiled UNION- an inspired collection of local, independent retailers gathered under one roof including Phoenix's first micro-haberdashery. Delectable dining is around every corner at Biltmore Fashion Park with sensational restaurants like The Capital Grille, True Food Kitchen, Seasons 52 and Stingray Sushi. Biltmore Fashion Park is an unmatched shopping and dining experience that will leave you delighted and yearning to come back for more.

What a scam! The sales associates are con artists. They draw you in with a promise of a short demo of facial products. Then they tell you the products are $1000 but for you, it’s $500. The price is further dropped to $350. The products do NOT work. The before and after pictures they show you of “clients” are not representative of their products. Do yourself a favor and walk away if approached.

Beautiful outdoor area to walk around and enjoy the Christmas decor
Dec 2019
We were staying in the area and decided to check this area out. We were amazed at the feeling that we were walking into a courtyard of sorts. With a variety of bars and restaurants (and the cheesecake factory), it's a place you can go, just to eat! The courtyard was beautiful with a poinsettia tree in the center. There were a number of shops under renovation, so I'm sure it will be more updated in a few months or so.

Poor customer service
Aug 2019
When I first started coming to the Biltmore, no other mall stood in comparison. As time went on, the service changed in every location. You walk into a store, the associates stand and chat with one another, they only come over if you look suspicious or, they are willing to assist you if you began complaining about the service. So for me, it is so much better to order online, rather than deal with lousy service.

It's 56 years old but still too good to pass up

If you love to spend a day shopping, you're in the right place. At one end of Camelback Road is Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, Arizona. At the other end is Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix. Scottsdale is new and bigger and even more luxurious and attracts more shoppers. But Biltmore, located at 2501 East Camelback Road, is an open air, upscale shopping mall with high-end department stores and retailers and restaurants and fast-food eateries that offers some brands that you can't find in Scottsdale...like Saks Fifth Avenue, Ralph Lauren, Chico's, Pottery Barn, Capital Grille and Seasons 52. Even Starbucks. In other words, if you have time to spare, you owe it to yourself to shop at both. Biltmore also has a White House/Black Market, Papyrus, J.Crew, Elizabeth Arden spa, Allen Edwards, California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory and Frost A Gelato Shoppe.

This was a nice place to stop on my way to the airport, but not memorable since I next stopped at the Scottsdale Fashion Square. Of the two, I'd recommend the latter.

Nice, upscale shopping experience

Good choices for food and drink ranging form coffe and ice cream all the way up to 5 star fine dining. Plenty of covered parking on the north side to keep your car shaded during the hot summer months. Its a shame they lost the Apple store

Shaded Mall to stroll around and shop at the high end shops
May 2019 • Couples
It was relaxing to stroll through this mall before and after dinner and browse some of the shops. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and you can walk around and read the menus and see what fits your taste buds that day.

Small Outdoor Mall
May 2019 • Solo
I came here to shop at Lorna Jane and Lululemon. Both have nice stores here. This is a small mall. The front area has 2 hour free shopping with validation. The back is free parking. There looked to be several nice restaurants.
