We didn't think this would be so much fun! What a great experience! Our group of 4 adults loved it. We all made pumpkins and then we stayed and opted to make another item: Ornaments, paperweights and another pumpkin. They walk you thru the whole process, it's a lot of hand holding, but that's ok for your first time! It was fun, interactive and the guys were awesome. Definately would do it again! Make sure if you book it and your are from out of town you allow enough time to go back and get your items, it's 2 days until they are ready for pick up. We went on Monday and were able to get our items before flying home at the end of the week.…

Even if you've never done anything like this, don't be afraid. The staff will walk you through everything and they will help you make a personal piece of art.

When you arrive, they hand you a metal plate with a number on it to indicate where you are in line to blow glass. By arriving early, you take your turn earlier and then can opt to stay and watch the other participants or leave. If you arrive last, you blow last. While this is hands on they really do a lot of hand holding so there’s no way to get this wrong. My husband and I each went home with a terrific little cactus. Check the website for the project of the month as it changes periodically. And get the voucher on Groupon to start. Also know that your glass has to set and you will need to go back 24 hours or more later to pick up your items. We had a great time. Great for dates or group activities. …

We obtained a Groupon and thought we wouldn’t be out too much money if we didn’t like the activity. We went with two teenagers and four adults. We all had a great time! Numerous people in our group stated that we’d love to go back for some of their other events!

The Intro to glass blowing class is so worth it! You learn a lot and get to keep what you make. It’s so worth it. Great for a date or with family and friends I’m hoping to take another class!!!
