We paid 15.00 for the parking and they sent us to the 5th floor even though there was plenty of parking in the other floors. I asked for rum and coke and that was served in very small cups and the rum used was low quality; it gave me a headache after a little while. The staff was very courteous.

Guess I am not used to all the security required now at these large venues which means you have to allow another 20 to 30 minutes just to get in. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Seats were adequate on the 32nd Row center. The show itself mimics the show itself, with very short dance numbers and Val and... More

My husband and I bought suite tickets to see The Nutcracker. We were so excited as I have never seen the performance. We arrived in the area early and ate at The Old Spaghetti Factory then proceed to the theatre. We were given premium parking which was on the first floor which was nice but hard to walk down the... I took my bff and goddaughter to the Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker as a Xmas gift. We got there early at 5:45 for the 7:00 PM show because I read from reviews that lines can be long. Plus, I am a stickler for being early so I can just relax when I get there with my companions. We got... More

Great show! World champions break dance troupe spin and pop to Bach music. High energy and agility. Great interpretation of the music. Highly creative. Small cozy theater. Street and lot parking available.

Love this venue, no matter what seat you get it's close to the stage. Balcony on the rail are some of the best seats in the house. Pricing is reasonable for most acts, and they get a good mix. Have Train, Jerry Seinfeld, Conan, Boston, and many more here.

We arrived at the venue with 25 minutes to spare. Parking was a little tricky, but we found a street level lot. Then the waiting began. There were hundreds of us lined up almost all the way around the building. It seems that there were only two people checking bags, two more with electric scanners and perhaps four people taking... We met our best friends here for the "Masters of Illusions" Magic show. The show was mediocre, but it was free! When we first approached, the venue lines were on the sidewalk. However, once we found the end of the line it moved constantly. I was surprised they hand metal detectors and checked inside my purse. But the security check... More

I paid 160$ for Jim Gaffigan on Saturday for my BF and I. He was great and I cant complain about the show. I am however complaining about the theater itself. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE with the worst employees! We got there right at 6:50 and the show started at 7. The line to just get into the parking lot was 20... More

Great venue in downtown Phoenix- parking garage right across the street makes it easy access in and out. Inside venue and the air conditioning is a plus for the summer concerts compared to Ak-chin. Awesome acoustics- every show I have ever seen here has been great! Tip- if you want a great view- sitting too close to the stage has... More
