The owner of the property booted the Chinese people out.
It was a very cool place and would have all the main Chinese festivals, but the property owner wanted more money. The owner forced them out.
This doesn't exist anymore. Thanks

All gone

Nothing left, it's being remodeled into some corporate office building now. I'm sure it was interesting once upon a time.

Service and food were good

Very good although I would not order orange beef again as it was dry. All other entry's were very good and pork fried rice best in Phoenix

Nothing here but a Chinese restaurant.

No market, no gift shop. I was looking for some chopsticks as a souvenir for my daughter but there was nothing there but a chinese restaurant.

It's shopping - not a cultural center

Great place to go buy neat Chinese things. Not a great place to learn about the culture of China & its great people. -- The name is a marketing ploy. Bring your wallet.

SHAME ON THE CLOSURE OF THIS INCREDIBLE CENTER FOR GREED
Aug 2017 • Friends
I went here weekly because frankly this cultural center located off of 44th st & I-10 was unique, convenient and incredibly beautiful...then out of nowhere, they are packing up and pushed into a strip mall. Even if it is true what I hear that the front will be attached to another building in Margaret Hance Park, this is a ridiculous decision to not leave well enough alone! Dont cookie cutter Phoenix. Allow there to be reasons to travel to all parts of town and leave this cultural center where it is and let all the businesses return!

Essentially Chinatown, disappointing
Aug 2017 • Friends
This is a a shopping center, not a cultural centre. Half the shops are empty/closed. The grocer is expensive compared to other cities and the produce wasn't very fresh. Having been there once, and being fans of most Chinatown areas we won't return here.

Good Place If You Want to Buy Something or Eat
Jul 2017 • Solo
I hadn't been here in a while and decided to check it out. It is mainly a large Chinese grocery and a few places to eat. Also Chinese themed. There is actually a lot of empty stores here. If you want to buy something or eat then this is a good place. Otherwise not a lot here to explore.

Fantastic experience
Jun 2017 • Family
We enjoyed the Chinese Cultural Center a short walk from our hotel. Inside the gorgeous entry, gardens, fish pond and pagodas are restaurants and even an authentic Chinese grocery store. We ate twice at Szechuan Palace Restaurant. Food was excellent! Loved everything about this place!
