My best friend in the world has lived across the street from the Phoenix Mountain Preserve for 50 years. He and I rode our Arabians on Lookout Mountain and the Phoenix Mountain Preserve every day for a year. My Arabian was TRAINED in this Preserve. Lots of hikers, but not crowded. Very limited parking. The local mall has signs that say they tow hikers’ cars. Luckily our rental was still there upon our return. I quite enjoyed the hike!…
