2-Hour Arizona Desert Guided Tour by ATV

Hop on your own ATV on this off-roading adventure in the Sonoran Desert. After a safety briefing and training, gear up and ride across rugged, rocky trails in the scenic Bradshaw Mountains, as well as cross the Agua Fria River. Be on the lookout for coyotes, bobcats, and more, and learn about the region's flora and fauna and Native American history from your guide.

Fun activities and exhibits for kids of all ages but needs to be updated. Some things seemed rundown and dirty or just didn’t work.

The Arizona Science Center has exhibits covering the typical science museum subjects: astronomy, earth science, and biology. Although all the exhibits are informative, it seems they are geared more for younger children (ages 6-11). The number of exhibits is also somewhat sparse, given the price of admission. We visited during the Covid-19 pandemic, so it was difficult to appreciate the hands-on nature of many exhibits. Overall, it was okay, but If you are adults-only, or plan to visit with teens, you might consider skipping this one.

Our favorite was the interactive area. Several items to play with and try to figure out how to work them. Even if you don't have children, this is a fun place. The dinosauer exhibit was impressive, especially the animated exhibits upon leaving that area was mesmerizing. I would suggest spending 1 to 1-1/2 hours here.

The Victoria exhibit was awesome. Expensive, but a great place to take children. Lots of "hands on" experiences. Not too crowded, which is very good these days. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We took kids there & they really liked the inter-active exhibits. It's pretty expensive but we found a deal on Groupon. Not sure how covid-19 is affecting them so call ahead.
