My adult children took me to the top of this mountain at dusk just in time to see night lights of Phoenix. Curvy road, not too well lit rocky paths at park, but absolutely worth the trip, outstandingly beautiful view over the entire area!

Follow signed to Buena Vista and park at the top of the hill (there are about 10 spots). Walk along the National Trail to the Hidden Valley Trail. Fat Man's Pass is just about 10 feet from the turn off. The hike had amazing views...More

Gate entrances will be closed at 7pm and the trails close at 11pm.
