Stopped there on the way to Oatman with friends from a foreign country and a matching accent. We live nearby. They gave their standard spiel to our friends and then charged $4 for two postcards. Be aware.

I was moving out of town and almost drove past the Cool Springs Station. So much to look at and so much memorabilia all over this place. Worth a stop.

Nice stop before or after Oatman. The woman working and her dog, Pearl, were friendly. The lady was chatty but revealed much history of the place. Sells Route 66 souvenirs and a few cold drinks. Cash only accepted. Gift shop and museum are interesting. Restroom...More

It is just a small old gas station with a mini museum and gift shop, but a must stop if you are driving through on Route 66. The woman at the counter (and her dog) were super friendly and gave us some good tips about...More
