We ended up with a day in Nogales. After checking around there didn't seem to be too many things to do but we decided to check out the museum. There is so much history here and we were fortunate to have a tour by one of the people who was there setting up the Christmas display. If you have some... More

Free museum, very friendly staff. Worth taking a look at if you want to do something different than just crossing the border for the day.

This quaint museum is located in a historic Nogales, Arizona building that used to serve as the city hall and fire station. The museum has a variety of fascinating displays and photos of not only Nogales history, but that of the Northern Sonora region as well.

We love to take visitors to the Museum since it tells so much of this area. We live here fulltime and always learn something new when we go. The little newspaper that is put out each month is amazing as well and full of news. You will love the time you spend there.
