We spent three days skiing Mt. Lemmon. It was the second time my two kids skied, (5 and 7), and only my second time as well. The main lift was broken, so only the smaller lift was working, which was great for us at our level. My husband, who has skied most of his life would have loved to do... More

Unfortunately they were closed, no skiing anyway, but couldn't even go down the road.guy was standing there making people turn around. Had hoped to eat at the Iron Gate, not to be.

We had such an amazing day on the top of the hill, we went to the ski lift and we saw this beautiful landscape at 9000ft , really cool place to hang around and enjoy the nature.

The Oktoberfest was great. Brats, German Potato Salad, Broetchen, Polka music. The kids took the chair lift to the top. Folks wearing Lederhosen. We had a great time.

A must see place when in AZ...dress warmer than you usually do in AZ. Welcoming temp.difference. .The chili and pie were worth the trip itself..

About 30 degrees cooler than in Tucson. The views from the top are spectacular and I kept thinking I smelled lemons. Truly worth the 25 mile trip to the top of the mountain.

Beautiful summer day to ride up the hill. The view was great and we walked around after reaching the top to take pictures. If you get cold easily take a light jacket with you. Hold onto small children, these do not have safety belts and they could easily slip out from under the bar. Price for the lift is a... More

In July we were looking to cool off. The trip up this mountain was not only beautiful, the terrain changes were interesting and made the 20 mile trip up go quickly. Tons of places to pull over to get pictures. We went up to Ski Valley and took the lift to the top of the mountain. Well worth the 20... More

This was a real treat! The views are absolutely gorgeous! We were fortunate thunder storm cleared out and they opened lift. So glad we drove back up to the lift. Very peaceful 30 minutes round trip ride. It was not crowded at all--but weather was a quite chilly for the end of June. So glad we had opportunity to take... More
