Much cooler than swimming in the sea it is a very refreshing plunge into the crystal clear waters of this pool. Recommend bringing goggles and being game enough to swim into the darkness of the cave. Looking back into the sunlight under water was magical.

I agree with the fellow reviewers that the pool is nice but a bit underwhelming if you have already been to the ocean trench. It was a 1hour trip from coconuts where we stayed. The pool is lovely except for the extremely loud pop music that a group of visitors were playing from their portable stereo. Really did ruin the... More

The most beautiful clear pool with miles of fish swimming all around. Swam into the cave a long way but could not work out whether I could get right through. Had fun.

Stopped in on 19 March 2017 on our way to Lolomanu. 5 tala entrance fee. Crystal clear very cool water. Plenty of fish. We did not go past the cave but the joy of just swimming in just pristine beauty was enough. What was very interesting was when you opened your eyes under water it was murky, and not clear... More

Once again Samoa Tourist Authority need to improve greatly - signage is very poor. Getting out of the pool is for the fit and young

The cave pool is very refreshing and the swim into the cave great. Fish swim with you so take your mask. The beach is warm and lots of fish and we found blue star fish. The were 3 turtles in a pool beside the pool. And dont forget to try the garden toilet.

Wet season means you most likely get the pool to yourself as we did. We paid to take the car down which is the best idea, 10 Tala is good value. It was low tide so we were able to swim further through, Chrystal clear water with many fish to be seen (GoPro camera a must) along with fins mask... More

Amazing clear blue cave pool with fish swimming in it! So refreshing! Go at low tide so you can swim through the cave unfortunately we went at high tide but still an amazing experience. Add it to your list

We stopped in here for a look around & swim. Definitely make sure you bring your snorkel set & flippers so you can explore the cave & check out the stripes fish that are everywhere. Reasonably priced & a great spot to take photos of the Pacific's oldest Methodist church, perched high on the cliff above the cave pool. Beautiful!

We went around 10am and it was perfect. Not many people and the pool depth was at a high level. The water is crystal clear. Great for snorkeling! It is better to take your car down so that you dont have to carry everything from the top. I go here everytime I go Samoa.
