Very nice experience. Old trains with small wagons, like in dreams. Lovely route trough beautiful national park of Tierra del fuego. Nice and tragic story about prisoners. We bought first class. We had a lovely cabin only for 2 of us, nice meal and drinks....More

The train is surrounded by countryside, with snow, mountains, and meadows. The ride is scenic but not overwhelming. Coupled with the entry into the National Park, it is a nice way to see the area. Not worth a trip to just ride the train.

I already mentioned the name of the company, The End of the World Train (Tren del fin del mundo) and no, I don't recommend taking the bus back to the station. Unless you are in a hurry, sit back, relax and enjoy the view!
