Amazing scenery over this lake. Vast views of the surrounding mountains, really special place to see in El Calafate while on the way to see more glaciers.

Unbelievable water colors and scenery! Glaciers, mountains, waterfalls and pure nature! This is Argentina's largest lake and one of the few in the world that Glaciers calve into fresh water instead of an ocean.

Everybody must see when you join any octopus tours in El carafate , so not much chance to to visit lake itself but would recommend just spend 1 hour on sunny day , that would be very impressive .

This beautiful lake created by the glacier nearby has mountains all around and a beautiful light blue coloring that looks amazing. We stopped for some pictures on our way to Los Glaciares National Park.
