TLocated on the Northwest shore of the Argentine Lake on the far of Cristiana’s arm, Estancia Cristina is located in a unique corner in Los Glaciares National Park. Founded in 1941 by Joseph P. Masters and his wife, this stunning place still maintains its essence, keeping the history of this family alive, that with great effort and perseverance, made this lonely and inhospitable place a small paradise a home.

This full day program grants alternatives to those who prefer a quiet afternoon of walk and history as well as those who are into adventure with trekking and 4x4 wheel drive rides.

The place is wonderful for the location, with horses and ships all around the place. The owner is taking care of his guests. I would highly recommend the place. The only missing thing, is such a place, is a meal served for the guest. That would be a plus to add in the future.

Our family of six spent a day at Estancia Cristina on our spring break trip to Argentina. The scenery is spectacular, the history is fascinating, the food is delicious and the guides are knowledgeable. If you have the time I would recommending staying overnight. This truly is the most beautiful place on earth!

I stayed at Estancia Cristina for 2 nights as part of a work familiarization trip, which was part of a wider Argentina and Chile exploration trip. I work for a travel company so was keen to investigate this intriguing place. From the moment I stepped on the boat from Punta Banderas, I was warmly welcomed and shown to my reserved... More

This is a full day tour of 12 hours. The tour is professionally organized. As other noted, the highlight of the tour is the 4x4 jeep trip with walk up to see the glaciers. The view from the top is spectacular and probably cannot see it anywhere else. However, I only gave them 4 stars because after you visit Perito... More

Amazing full day 12 hour tour which started off with a boat trip to view the icebergs and glacier. On arrival in Estancia Christina we were given an interesting historical tour of the original farm with Juan. The highlight was the 4x4 jeep trip and walk up to see the glaciers. The view was spectacular and breathtaking. The Viva and... More

We visited the Estancia as part of a day tour, which started with a two hour ferry ride across the channel and through sculptured ice towers, with informative narrative in the background. Many tours are available and we opted for a 14 km hike. A small group of six, we were driven to a high vantage point and then hiked... More
