Don't confuse 'Cascadas del Agrio' (4 cascades that belong to Rio Agrio and are near Caviahue's city) with 'Salto del Agrio (a waterfall). To arrive to Salto del Agrio you need to drive about 16 km away from Caviahue on Ruta Provincial 26 and 27 and then 2 km to arrive to the waterfall. You can ask for directions at the Tourism Office. The fall is amazing and for sure it's the best attraction. Take your time to enjoy this fall that is about 60 meters high. The place was considered sacred by the ancient communities, and it's truly a magical place to visit. Colors are intense and really unusual as they contain different minerals related to volcanic activity.…
