Royals baseball in Surprise, AZ. Up to date ballpark with great facilities & seating, up close at reasonable prices, $25 a seat, 10 rows off the field, just into the outfield grass. Free close parking, with friendly & helpful volunteers to make sure your visit was enjoyable. The only downer was the price of concessions, no different than at the... More

Great fun to see the players up and close. No bad seats in the house. Beautiful ball parks. For a few dollars what better way to spend a sunny afternoon. Easy to drive to, free parking.

I brought my teen and young adult family here as part of our desert Spring break experience to see a Spring training game as San Francisco Giants fans. Our experience was great. Sat on the lawn with a blanket spread and had a great view and a warm desert evening. The crowd were mostly other families doing the same--mostly sporting... More

Very nice ballpark design with the spring weather and sunlight in mind for players and fans alike. Facilities are readily accessible and uncrowded.

A baseball fan hasn't lived until they've gone to Spring Training in AZ! For a few days or a few weeks, you can go around the country visiting different baseball teams all while still in a 45 minute bubble! No matter which team you cheer for, any game is a ton of fun!! You'll find baseball fans everywhere! I especially... More

Went to multiple games but as a Cub fan it's disappointing to realize the cost to do this is not family friendly . Beware of high costs of tickets and concessions for spring training . It's an awesome time but it comes with a price !!

You have an opportunity to get up close and personal with the players past and present that you can't during the normal season. They have activities for every age group especially for the kids that they will talk about for a long time. Not to mention there is a large verify of different foods at the stadium and food trucks... Great fun at all ballparks I visited(about 8). Generally players are friendly especially to the kids, although I'm disappointed that my favorite team, SF Giants,. have gotten a bit standoffish over the past several years. Also ticket prices and souvenirs are no longer a bargain at some parks. But it still remains great family entertainment, up close and real. Shaded... More

Are you a Baseball afeccionado? Is your team out of the World Series? No worries. Come see the best rising stars of each organization (relatively cheap - under $10) in some amazing Arizona baseball settings, like Sloan Park, Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale. Not many attend these games, mainly scouts, and execs. Easy for kids to get a foul ball or home... More
