Upon getting into our room, we immediately realized that we inadvertently picked up the wrong luggage in Buenos Aires! A very disconcerting way to start any vacation. But all we had to do, was to hand over our claim ticket, the rightful owner's ID information attached to the luggage and VERONICA VIDAL, the hotel manager, took everything into her hands... More

Like so many people in the UK my husband and I watched the BBC John Torode film about eating at Siete Fuegos. We came all the way from Scotland to experience the seven fires BBQ. When we arrived we were told that it only took place on a Saturday, sometimes twice a week in peak season . There is absolutely... More

We arrived late afternoon with some time to spare before our reservation. Wandered around the grounds of the hotel and had the opportunity to take in a stunning sunset over the Andes Mountains. The hotel decor, staff, facilities and food were outstanding. Highly recommend a visit

My husband and I went to The Vines expecting to be wowed after looking at pictures and hearing from our friends, but nothing really prepares you once you arrive at the Vines. The hotel is set in the middle of the vineyards and from your room you have the view of the vineyards or the Andes. The rooms are very... More

The property is amazing, beautiful pool, nice outdoor jacuzzi and we stayed in a great room with the view of the lake and the Andes. The room was large with a nice living room with a fireside and an outdoor bath and shower. Would definitely recommend staying in this room. They also have a beautiful gym, but being in a... More

WE went there for a quick lunch in our way elsewhere. Good service, tasty food. The property is beautiful, in the middle of a winnery. The region is relatively far from other attractions, but this is fine if you have a car. By that time of the year, the property was very dry and the road to the main building... More

So like most people, prior to visiting Argentina we watched the Chef's Table episode on Francis Mallmann on Netflix and then searched out some of his restaurant. For our anniversary celebration part of our trip, we decided to stay at The Vines and eat at Siete Fuegos. The grounds and the rooms are phenomenal, everything is incredibly well done and... More

We could not have asked for more! From Reservations to Check out, everything was impeccable. The Villas are stunning with panoramic views of the snow covered Andes. The villas were well appointed with free international telephone service, Ipad and an Apple TV, including all minibar items and freshly cooked delights daily. Many day venues, with a gym, spa services, and... More

Stayed here for two nights. What I loved: 5 (soon 6) bogegas “on property” and great location within the valley (close to Casa de Uco and Clos). Warm, attentive service from front desk. One of the most informative and enjoyable winery tours I've had. Large, comfortable rooms. Strong Wi-Fi and free VOIP connections. In-room entertainment systems are top shelf. Nice... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed just one night and I must say.... We travel a lot but this hotel has to be up there with one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel is located far from civilization but it offers a sense of tranquility and relaxation like no other. The rooms were well appointed and... More
