We were a group of 15 persons and stayed there for one weekend.
Two guides picked us up at our hostel in Villa General Belgrano and drove us in their Land Rover. The ride took about 3 hours but we could already enjoy the very peaceful and beautiful landscape. After that we had to hike about 90 minutes and arrived at the Pueblo Escondido.
We stayed there for two nights and did a hike to the peak of the Cerro Aspero, visited the small but very beautiful art gallery, entered one of the abandoned mines and at our way back to the Land Rover we visited the waterfall Salto de Tigre.
We got very good food and enjoyed the homemade beer.
All in all it is a place for everyone looking for nature, peace, and silence. You have to know that there is no mobile reception or wifi. But this is what makes this place very special. I recommend it for everyone who wants to experience a little adventure.
Very impressive and unique.
