Large plaza, with restaurants and the like, which we walked through on the way back from the Recoleta Cemetery. What caught my eye was the large tree with branches supported by props, including the sculpture of a man holding one such branch.

La Recoleta is a very nice park, great for a stroll. it has many nice open air places to drink or eat. On weekend that they a huge market with lots of artisans.
