The Artists' Atelier Tour invites guests to discover an alternative side of Buenos Aires, New York City, Miami, London and Mexico City through its artists. The tour is an exclusive chance for visitors to meet artists in the intimacy of their private working spaces, that are opened to welcome the select group of privileged guests. The purpose of the Artists' Atelier Tour is to bridge the gap and deepen the connection between artist and audience, and to offer visitors an insider's look at contemporary art in our cities.

We went on a marvelous tour by private vehicle with Natalia Margiotta to the homes and studios of anumber of the leading contemporary artists in Buenos Aires. Natalia is engaging, professional and extraordinarily knowledgeable about the Buenos Aires contemporary art scene. The artists were inordinately gracious in welcoming us into their studios and homes and showing us their art. The... More

We all want to visit cities but we don't want to be tourists. Art lovers and other this is just a great experience. You get to know incredible people and artists, you will eat well and be welcomed in studios and the artists homes. This is so unique,do it and it will be the best memory of Buenos Ares.

Being avid art lookers, we did this with eager anticipation to actually get to see first hand some of the leading artists in the city. Natalia was... More

It´s organized by Galeria 5006, a contemporary art gallery that represents 30 or so artists, both established and emerging. We met at 10am at the Design Suites Hotel in Barrio Norte, where Galeria 5006 is located, and the gallery´s owner... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
