Decent value, three routes (two of which overlap greatly), good way to see the city for your first visit. However, it can be difficult to find the stops (even the main office). The drivers and attendants range from friendly and helpful to downright rude. Using the 48 hour pass, arrived about 10AM at point 00 on day two. Bus was... More

Almost all of the negatives reviews are true BUT when you are just for a short time in BA there is no easier way than this bus tour. We did all 3 lines and the quality of the sound was absolutely OK. Because of traffic and demonstrations the buses went completely out of their schedule but we never had to... More

We used the hop on hop off open top bus today in BA as we have done in many other cities around the world. At 350 pesos $23 for the day I thought it was good value. On the positive side, I thought the routes were good and covered most sites. There are really just 2 routes and you swap... More

We purchased a 2 day pass but used the 1st day to just travel all 3 of the routes. Unfortunately the 1st bus was poorly maintained and we couldn't hear the travelogue although we tried several headsets and jacks. It was very frustrating and negatively impacted our experience. Thankfully it appeared to be a one off and we found the... More

Only took cash, problem 1. No where to change dollars or use cash points. Sound was horrible. Too much tango music, hardly any facts. Buenos Aires tourist board needs to get these buses sorted. City is amazing and we stopped at the Bocca Juniors Football ground which was good and a must see for English footy fans.

We had to queue for about two hours to get on the bus, and then had to wait another half hour while on it for it to depart. When it did, the driver was going too fast and the audio guide could not keep up. It would start talking about something and then skip to the next thing, or talk... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments for us. We’re sorry our service didn’t meet your expectations. Unfortunately, Buenos Aires, like all large cities, suffers from traffic congestion, which on occasion can make it difficult to keep to the scheduled timetable. At the same time, for safety reasons, all passengers must travel with a seat, which means... More

The city needs to update the information. Difficult to find areas of pick up, cost etc. biggest issue, the bus had audio problems. Nothing like sitting on the bus for over 4 hours and the audio is finally fixed the last hour. All tourists from various countries, various languages had no idea what was going on. The hired staff was... More

This bus service needs updating. The routes are fine but 2 routes joined together so this makes it a 3 hour round trip approx. the headsets did not work in all seats and the commentary out of sync with the location on many occasions. It is good for an overview of the city.
