Took the two day pass and made full use of it. The three routes were interesting though the audio system was not great as it kept cutting out. Also too much loud music inbetween. The actual booking of the tickets was chaotic as there were two lines and noone knew which line to be in. One was for those who... More

The idea of doing Hop on/Hop Off its good, but the company needs to work on a plan to manage the high season. It just will not worth during this period since you need to wait more than one hour on the stops to get on the bus, also some people doesn't respect the lines and took your turn to... More

I don't have much more to add from the other reviews other than this is our first day in BA and I am bitterly disappointed. My advice, spend your money on some other tour with a guide that loves their city and is proud of their city, and are not just doing this for an income. Audio did not work... More

The amount of buses an hour is good, so are the three routes. Why a rip off? We wanted to hop on the last bus dec 25, would be valid 24 hours. However, we were not allowed to enter as they didnt know how many still would join the bus, so they sold no more tickets (even though the bus... More

We had to wait almost an hour for a bus to come and finally onboard we had to move around several times to get a station for the earplugs to work in English - but when they worked the attractions and the speaker were not synchronized! :( It was really a joke and we have enjoyed many hop on hop... Parts of the circuit were ok. We started at Catedral and travelled to La Boca in order to catch a walking tour there. That trip was fine. From La Boca, we travelled further along the circuit and it stared ok. Then it got really hot and we couldn't cope upstairs any more because there was no cover. Ridiculous during the... More

Having read the reviews on TripAdvisor I had very low expectations and thought it couldn't be as bad as people said. How wrong I was! We waited around 30 minutes at Bus Stop 2 as this was the most convenient to the hotel. Bus arrived and the gentleman said he had sold out of tickets - not sure how this... More

My husband and I took the tour today and were pretty disappointed. Yesterday we went to buy tickets at the office and were told sold out around 3pm. Today we went to the bus stop in recoleta and waited 38 minutes for a bus to arrive (not the every 20 mins service). Upon getting on the bus we struggled to... More

Having read a lot of negative reviews online our expectations were low, but we thought it might still be one of the best ways to see a lot of this city in a short space of time. After waiting 30 minutes for the bus a member of staff told us he had run out of tickets. We then walked to... More

Yes the lines are long and on a hot day you will be very uncomfortable on the top. If you sit inside with the AC, you will be comfortable, but can't see as much. We were luck to pick up the bus in Recoleta where there were no lines. Good idea for Buenos Aires is a big city with many... More
