Premium Tigre Delta and San Isidro Tour from Buenos Aires

93 reviews
Swap the busy streets of Buenos Aires for the waterways of the Tigre River Delta on a day trip that’s ideal for first-time visitors. You’ll see a more provincial side of the region as you explore the cobbled streets of San Isidro. Plus, you'll escape the crowds on land during a canal cruise on the delta.

This was once of the best wine tasting experiences I have ever experienced. The staff were really nice and kind. It was just me and my fiancé, but the tourman (I forgot his name, but he was from Hatit) was extremely animated and engaging. He did not let our wine glasses stay empty! He also spent the whole time talking to us and education us about wine in Argentina, and I thought that with just two people, they would cut the wine short, but they did not! Pure professional! The wines and cheeses were so good! Later, my fiance lost his phone (we were very wine tipsy at the end of the night) and we went back to see if we left it there. We did not find the phone, but a staff approached us later to see if we found it, which was extremely nice. My fiance and I went to Paris, and we both agreed that this wine tasting was so much more fun!

We had a wonderful time tasting delicious wines! We were seated with other groups and the host did a fantastic job of tending to us all. We ended up making new friends! If you get a chance, meet the owner, Joaquin. He’s great!

On our first day in Buenos Aires we went to JA for a high quality wine tasting. We had contacted JA ahead of time and Walter tailored the wines that we tasted to our suggestions. We had a cross section of wines from different Argentinian wine making areas. Walter was very knowledgable, friendly and we learned a lot. The charcuterie and delicious bread was even better than we expected. We tasted a sparkling wine, a Torrontes, 2 cabernet francs, a Malbec, and a Malbec blend. We bought several bottles of wine here. We would highly recommend this tasting and we would gladly go back the next time we are in Buenos Aires.
