Premium Tigre Delta and San Isidro Tour from Buenos Aires

93 reviews
Swap the busy streets of Buenos Aires for the waterways of the Tigre River Delta on a day trip that’s ideal for first-time visitors. You’ll see a more provincial side of the region as you explore the cobbled streets of San Isidro. Plus, you'll escape the crowds on land during a canal cruise on the delta.

A very peaceful garden in the middle of Buenos Aires. Even on a Saturday, the garden was busy but no so much as to harm the visit. Wonderful just to walk around and see the peaceful garden. Small admission charge and it’s worth the price.

Beautiful gardens with nice paths to stroll, bridges to cross, and plants to enjoy. The restaurant was good and there are plants to buy. We went in February toward the end of summer vacation for kids, and clearly it is a popular place for children. It was packed and reminded me more of Epcot than the peaceful gardens I have visited elsewhere. It's great the kids are there enjoying the koi, water, and small fountains, but look inside to see how crowded it is before you pay $90 pesos to enter. There are discounts for seniors and students, but you MUST show ID. I would bet the gardens are gorgeous, but packed, for cherry blossoms in the spring. We spent two hours here but only because we ate at the restaurant (higher end but there was less expensive food for children in a different section of the garden and I saw a couple families eating food they brought with them).

A very nice place to just relax, walk around and enjoy. The park is very well kept, clean and filled of history and japanese culture. Good place to take some beautiful nature pics. Beautiful place!

Admission fee was $9 US I think. The grounds were beautiful. Very similar to parks I've visited in Tokyo, but obviously there were also indigenous fauna as well. They provide an excellent amount of park benches to sit and relax. I think that they should add bonsai trees to the greenhouse. I also think they should add a Japanese water fountain for authenticity. Overall a great break from the crowds of Buenos Aires.
