Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Absolutely breathtaking views, would recommend to tale the wooden footpath down to the lower viewpoints. A bit of a walk, but more than worth it. Only a view other people around when we visited midday

So glad we drove out to see this! Parking was easy with an attendant to help. Easy path to walk on out to various viewpoints. Not a long stop, but highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful! A must see when on holiday in Knysna. Take a boat cruise to have a closer view for some awesome photos and a day trip out on the lagoon.

Situated at the end of GeorgeRex Avenue this is a must do. You don’t have to lay anything it’s always open, I am sure you will see amazing sunsets, or might even spot a whale or dolphin. Walk around all the viewpoints at the top and take a plunge in the cold refreshing water at the bottom - nice jetty to enter water at the NSRI building.

Great visit to the East Head Café and the Viewpoint at Knysna. Saw 2 whales (Oct 2022) and enjoyed a great coffee and desserts at the café. Enjoyed the walk back down to Knysna (1.5 hours) to work off the calories!
