Busy, very busy golf course, even on a Monday. Flat terrain and fun to walk. Yes, lots of water, looks easy but looks can be deceiving.

It was raining when I played here for the one and only time so far, so it was not at it's best. but for the most part I found it quite a standard type course - okay to play but nothing spectacular or too exciting about it. A little over-priced for the quality, I think.

I have really enjoyed playing this golf course but as a visitor be wary of playing at the weekend. My midweek experience was good but at the weekend visitors are not welcome. Our pre-booked tee time was completely ignored and we were left to jostle with a whole bunch of other visitors off the tenth, most of whom either didn't... More

If you like good quality fairways and greens and a flat walking course then this is for you. Enough trees and water to make it challenging and you won't get better value in the Western Cape. They have a good deal if, like me, you're staying in Knysna for a few weeks. Excellent club house and staff. Play later in... More

In a place which has 2 fantastic championship courses Knysna Golf Club provides an opportunity to play a very well laid out interesting course at a very reasonable price. Very good.

We played this course once and we are very picky (coming from St Andrews Scotland) but we thought it was a good course. Very inexpensive, well maintained and tricky enough to keep you on your toes. We hired clubs and were not impressed with the standard but it was very cheap. The clubhouse is well appointed and we had a... More

With Championship courses like Pezula and Simola in Knysna, this course tends to get overlooked, it is however not to be underestimated as it's still a challenging little course, with plenty of water and trees to keep the birdies at bay. The course is well maintained and there is a pleasant "club atmosphere" although visitors are always made to feel... More

This is not Pezula or Simola but for a nice round of golf in the area, we found the course well presented and all the staff helpful and welcoming. The half-way house was just right for purpose and the pro-shop helpful and good value.

The golf club has a great club cafe offering vey reasonably priced food and a great view. Lovely venue to catch a quick toasted sandwich and a drink.
