This Island can only be reached via a VERY narrow yet well maintained bridge. I suggest that you take the turnoff opposite SPAR for easier more accessible public parking. Best times to visit the Island is out of season, January to February for lovely quiet...More

Visited with some friends with toddlers and it is a super-chill area with a shallow riverbed and quite close to the ocean. Pack a picnic, drive across the rather narrow wooden bridge and visit this cool little spot
