Even though I stopped by in the winter, it was still beautiful. A nice white sandy beach with a great view of Table Mountain. It is a ways away though so nit as ideal if you don't have a car. I took an Uber there...More

The view was awesome at this beach but the beach itself was unkept/dirty. It may have had something to do with it being a major holiday, but I would be hard pressed to go back.

The last time we visited was in March - for a family get-together at Onse Huisie. The beaches are for walking, windsurfing and enjoying life. Blouberg is a far more family oriented than Clifton and Camps Bay

I have been to this beach many times over the years and somehow I experience it different every time I go there. The weather in Cape Town does change a lot where you can get all four seasons in one afternoon. The beach is nice...More

A lovely safe place to spend a morning, afternoon or the whole day. The view of Table Mountain is really stunning. The beach is lovely and clean, though the sea is icy cold

If you are into long walks on the beach, then this is the one for you! Being Cape Town it's usually windy, but the sunsets on this beach makes you forget all about the wind. Take your picnic basket and camera, that's all you need.

Bloubergstrand definitely has one of the best views of Table Mountain. In summer this is a lovely beach with a great seafront vibe. Nice restaurants too.

Bloubergstrand is without doubt the best place from which to view and photograph Table Mountain. There is always parking available.

For us, Kalk Bay was a days outing. We parked near the station and walked towards the harbour where there are several eating establishments from which to choose. We are fortunate enough to see the clouds rolling over the mountain and down over Kalk Bay,...More

It is probably 45min from City and you can use Uber but no buses
