Silvermine is the best - its great for long hikes, short hikes, cycling, walking your dogs, picnicking, superb views and a swim in the dam. What more do you need?

This is a spectacular well-kept secret nature destination. Families with small children can picnic, and serious hikers can even go all the way up to the Constantiaberg Mast. Wonderful views.

Great for a day outing with the partner or family. Pack a pick-nick basket and take the dog along (just make sure he's supervised). Nice for hiking as well.
