We stayed at Mata Mata for three nights in one of the more modern riverside cottages (highly recommended) and then at Tweerivieren for the last two nights. I love Mata Mata, and the surrounding area. Our game viewing was spectacular, and our only disappointment was...More

We had great sightings of raptors and predators. The park was dry as we were there in December. The environment is quite harsh but it was an enjoyable experience.

This park has become our favorite park to visit, the remoteness makes it attractive as well as the many quality sightings with hardly any other visitor around! Accommodation is in general basic but always clean, staff are friendly. Bookings seem to be difficult since it...More

The answers are correct. Best option is to fly Cape Town, then Upington. Would recommend a 4WD vehicle, though not necessity. There is fuel at the park, both at Twee Rivieren and Mata Mata, but not sure about Nossob.
