I know people say you should not visit these places but the elephants all looked well cared for and would not do the things they do if this was not the case. They are better off here than being culled as there are too many of them in Kruger. For a lot of people it may be the only way... More

Getting up close with the magical beasts was amazing, true gentle giants. The talks from the guides were very informative and entertaining. realy good interaction and then went on a fantastic bush ride. The animals are extremley well cared for, loved and trained well, as we saw during the various stages of the interaction. Highly reccommeneded experiance and a must... More

My husband and I visited on April 11th. There were about 25 people participating in the elephant interaction. We gave the elephants commands, fed them, gave hugs, and learned about their anatomy and habits. We paid for the additional ride and were two of only 10 people left for that part. We got an elephant to ourselves (with a guide)... More

A wonderful way to learn about these gentle giants, suitable for the whole family. The elephants are treated with love and trained on a "rewards" basis - and they are all rescued African Elephants.

Elephant whispers is a must-do activity when visiting Hazyview. Very knowledgeable trainers who involve you in an interactive experience with the elephants. You will leave the location with wonderful memories and great photos as the guides are all adopt cameramen.

A must do if you're in the area. The closest you can probably get up to elephants as they lay down for you allowing you to pet them, feed them, and even ride them. Extremely well trained and taken care of animals.

This was not our first elephant ride but is our best! The treatment of the animals at this outfit was many levels higher then the last, this was a reward based training and made us feel comfortable and not terrified for the elephant the staff was helpful and very effective leading to a remarkable experience ! Highly Recomended !

On our tour of South Africa we were offered the chance of an optional excursion to Elephant Whispers. We were so pleased that we did. To meet these majestic animals upc,one and learn so much about them was a wonderful experience. They were obviously well cared for and definitely seemed to interact with their careers. All of our party enjoyed... More

this is a ridiculously prices activity, very expensive, not worth it, time and interactivity with the elephants is too short, total rip off, I've been on elephant ride before in other countries and they not even half the price of what we had to pay, really if you going to charge so much then south Africans wont evne want to... You could not imagine how this work and these animals are special, people are dedicated they know and love those big ones which are trained in compliance with their health and well being, explanations are very scientific with a good sense of humour and if you wish you can jump on them (with some help !) It's real interaction and... More
