Very surprising when you are arriving in SA and going to Krueger park. The canyon is splendid, with a lot of falls (Berlin/Lisbon falls...) to discover after some hiking. Very easy to find by your own with your car. Splendid mountain nature. You also can...More

The canyon is awesome but unfortunately you get nothing but litter, dilapidated craft markets, run down fences and dirty toilets for the hefty entry fee.

Blyde River Canyou is one of the most amazing things I've seen in my life. Best visited in the afternoon because of the way sun shines on it. We viewed it from 3 Rondavels view point and the water glistening 1km under us was amazing....More

For some very nice panoramic views. We actually had a chance to see a very beautiful sunset. Lots to see and learn about if you have the right guide.

Great place for walking or simply gazing into the canyon. For those on the way to Kruger National Park this area shouldn't be missed.

Has within it the largest green canyon in the world, or the third largest canyon in the world. Either way it was a wonderful sight. We had a clear day and a view of the dam as well as across the canyon to the low...More

A lovely walk over formed steps and some rough patches, then a bridge that spans the river. Fascinating holes and gullies with water gushing through - really spectacular. Lovely photo opportunities and then a market at the car park. Look out for the cheeky monkeys...More

Hi, We went around May and there was more than enough water to go around. I don't think the drought has been too harsh to dry it up. Maybe give someone in the area a call and find out.

The Leopard Trail combines some of the best sights in the Panorama region into one. Take in majestic views of the Three Rondavels, the Blyde River and Dam, as well as Mariepskop. The trail is a four hour hike and only those... More
