This square in the centre of Pretoria is surrounded by nice buildings, mostly banks. Not much atmosphere, lots of homeless.

This place could be nice if people didn't litter everywhere. Nice buildings ( post office, bank) but so much trash and garbage on the grass. No one seemed to care about that, lying on the grass☹️😤😤. Ne need to go there.

It was a little desolate when we visited, but we were glad to see a fence around the Paul Kruger statue and that the vandalism done previously to the monument had been repaired.

I like Paul Kruger and that's why i came here. But there is no police and security around this square, unlike union building, the ambience here is different. Especially if u r asian, u better go with local friends.
