It's a long way to the bridge, but look out for the forest shortcut. Well worth the walk. The views of the sea and mountain along the route are spectacular.

Truly a unique area of National Coastal beauty. Great area to explore, walk and hike. Enjoy the local wild life including the Dassies. Not to be missed when visiting the Tsitsikama region. Highly recommended.

It's a lot of steps up and down - about 40 min worth of walking from the starting point at the car park - to get to the bridge. Lovely views all along the way, and at the bridge too. Many lovely sunbirds buzzing around...More

Being a person who is a complete pansy when it comes to heights, walking across the bridge was tricky. However the views and scenery of the area in general validate a visit to Storms River Mouth.

We did the visit on a self drive holiday. Didn't see any guides but there were coach parties there so there may be some trips if you look around. If driving from Plettenberg Bay you will pay a toll fee on the main road... More

The time I was visiting I didn't see anyone with a pet so my guess is they are not allowed.
