Walk to the bridge is easy and takes around 15 minutes. Try to go early morning or later in the evening to avoid crowds. Bridges are nice, nothing too spectacular, but just nice. There is also a walk to the lookout point which is quite...More

I very much enjoyed my visit. The park entrance fee for international visitors is four times the price of SA residents which did tempt me not to come but I’m glad l did. It does require basic fitness as there are up and down stairs...More

My Husband and I stopped at the Tsitsikamma Forest, and did the hike to the Suspension Bridge. The hike was gorgeous, make no mistake, a lot of stairs, but absolutely worth it. When you on the bridge you can look down the gorge, the scenery...More

Had an awesome time in the Tsitsikamma National park’s storms river camp. Be warned however....during peak times (it was a long weekend) it can take some time to actually enter the park due to queues of vehicles entering as day visitors. It took a good...More

Not worth your time or your money. Entrance fee is wat too high for non SA residents. Very busy with tourists. Parking is also quite a challenge. The nature and the bridge are nice but not spectacular. Only go there if you're not mobile enough...More

Maybe we're a little bit spoiled or jaded after lots of travelling, but this bridge is not worth paying the ridiculous entrance fee for (recently raised to 218 rand per person per day). It's a complete tourist trap with busloads of tourists arriving and doing...More

You need to be able to walk about 1.5 kilometers each way up and down stairs. The walkways are well maintained but there are few places to sit and rest. There is no wheel chair access
