We walked around old Cottonwood and had a great time. We shopped and really enjoyed our selves. It seemed really busy at night.

Such a cute old town with lots of shops, restaurants, wine tasting, just a great place to stroll around for a day trip. We really enjoyed eating and drinking our way through Cottonwood. Some of our favorite shops were the Verde Valley Olive oil and...More

There are a couple of blocks of historic buildings filled with interesting shops. The shops tend towards the western art. Paired with the shops are a great variety of place to eat. This worth a look.

I had an awesome three night in the old town Cottonwood. There are varieties of activities to do. They have wine tasting all over and the restaurants and bar are very good and friendly.

We stayed in a Best Western in this town which was terrific. The town is very close to Sedona without the hustle and traffic. Great restaurants are close by and the shopping is unique.

Despite the hype, there is really not much to see. We did walk around the old town and admit that some of the architecture was interesting. We go into several of the shops but they were nothing to write home about. There are some restaurants...More

Stayed in Cottonwood for a few nights and hoped old Cottonwood would be fun to look around. There really is very little here except a few over priced stores. Felt like it could have been a good place once now feels a big 'forgotten'.
