This tour must start with a reservation. Then you must not be claustrophobic. Wear closed toe shoes. After that enjoy. The men that do the tours actually worked back when the mine was operational. Amazing to look at the mountain and realize you were inside.

We chose to do this last minute on a ghostly weekend trip to Bisbee. It was so much more than I expected. Miners who used to work in the mine guide the tours and provide much insight and history to what used to be their...More

So interesting, and fun. Our guide was a retired miner full of great stories. Much more enjoyable than I thought it would be.

Mr. Morales was our guide. He has worked in the mine and shared so much inside information from a mine worker's perspective. I did a lot of homework before the tour, however Mr Morales added that special information that you can't find elsewhere. We put...More

A very good and educational tour of the Copper Queen Mine. Our guide was very good and a former miner who knew his stuff. I am glad we went.

My group had a lot of fun here. It was a little damp inside but fun to ride into the mine. I've been on mine tours all around the country and this one was top notch!

You take a step back in time. This was very informative. Maybe a little bit long for a child, about an hour. They will like wearing the helmet, safety vest, and flashlight.

We reserved ahead. That seemed to be a wise move, as last time Was in Bisbee, the tour was fully booked. For the incredible sum of only $13 each, we experienced a one-hour tour taking us 1500 feet into the mountain on old mine-tracks, accompanied...More

We had a great time touring the mine. Our tour guide Bennie was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this tour to couples or families.

No need for old clothes or shoes, you don't get dirty. Bring a sweatshirt as it's cold in the mines. Make sure you have a reservation, too. Enjoy!

I wouldn't recommend this tour for anyone who is unsure on their feet. The floors are uneven, with loose stoned and rock. There are some steps to climb and descend. It would not be safe or comfortable

we were there midweek, in april, and could make reservations for about 90 minutes later. all tours were full, so I'd say its best to make a booking, particularly if its high season.
