My wife and I did the all day kayak tour. It was just us and the 2 tour guides. What a fabulous experience. Sammie was very helpful and knowledgeable and we felt safe at all times. The wildlife and scenery of Glacier Island was fantastic....More

Did the Columbia Bay Sea Kayaking day trip, 10hr. Aiden took real good care of the group from start to finish. His explanations were thorough and comprehensive. We almost needed rescuing to get out the ice sheets, but he directed us through it. The outfitter...More

Went out to the Valdez glacier with them, and it was very worthwhile. The inflatable kayaks were a bit cumbersome and unfortunately not very comfortable for me, but the glacier hike was great and the guides very knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this.More

We had a trip planned but unfortunately had to cancel due to military orders prior to the planned trip. When attempting to cancel, the manager was very rude and not the least bit understanding. We WERE very much looking forward to the trip and due...More

I guess I was the rude manager. My rudeness was refusing to waive the 10% cancellation fee. If this client had shown up for the trip and been told we weren't doing it they would be unhappy. As the lead says that would have been...More

We took this tour with anxiousness, because non of us had any experience of kayaking. It turned out to be a highlight of our trip to Alaska. Everything was well prepared and pre-arranged. Sammy and Mickie were our guides. They were super friendly, helpful and...More

My first kayaking experience and it was fabulous. Guide “Goose” made me feel confident and comfortable as I was quite nervous about it. The lake was still partially frozen which made the experience even more enjoyable. The time in the glacier was spectacular with many...More

Thanks for the review. You made it on the first Valdez Glacier trip of 2018 -the day before the trip would not have been possible and you can say you were on a glacier lake while the ice went out. Thanks for going out with...More

It was definitely the best experience in Alaska! Our guide Dalton was so patient. Firstly, he showed us how to dress up on the water and also on glacier and he missed nothing. After that he took us to the lake and gave us instructions...More

We signed up for the kayak trip to the face of the Columbia Glacier.  Anadyr provided everything except lunch – they had raingear, dry bags, boots, poagies, even fleece layers if you needed it.  The equipment and the boat ride to where we launched kayaks...More
