In the summer you can paddle the grounded icebergs and look for goats on the mountain sides. In the winter, this is a popular spot for locals to ice skate and ptarmigan hunt.

We happened upon Glacier Lake accidentally and were not disappointed! It seemed otherworldly and was something everyone in Valdez should go see!
