Tasting

Family friendly, smells amazing for a beer lovers dream. Small in size but big in taste. This is a must if traveling through and trying the different breweries along the way.

Clearly an expert brewer putting together a variety of tasty beers. Bitter Earth ESB is a standard supported by a range of classics with an interesting variety of seasonal specialties. We like the Boxcar Porter and High Ridge Double Red Ale. Now that several beers are being bottled you can pick some up at your local beer stop. Look for... More

This small, family-run brewery is a nice stop while in Palmer. It's only a tasting room, so don't expect a brewpub atmosphere. They are always offering unique events - we did the Beer Meets Chocolate, with specialty chocolates paired with their beers. It was a ton of fun.

Nestled in a small, out of the way business park, in a totally unassuming building there's a micro-brewery that puts out some FINE suds. You're not going to stumble upon it by accident. I love a 'real' beer, not some lightly-tainted water that smell like beer. I want my beer to stand up for itself, to make me take note... More

This what I think of in a brewery, some house converted to brew beer and have offerings to the public! They had a variety of their style beers which were good but I'm an IPA man and they had one I liked. The flight of beers I had: High Ridge Double Red, Steed Rye IPA (Iiked this one), Boxcar Porter,... More

Great variety of beers on tap. Love, love, love the ESB!! Small tasting room, friendly service, comfortable atmosphere. Awesome local brewery. Brewery only, they do not serve food.

We love having a brewery in Palmer! They give tours every Tuesday night and hold some really fun events: beer and chocolate, beer and art, and more. The owners are dedicated and super nice people. Their brewery is spotless, which I love. They attend many local events to serve beer and have their two most popular beers on the menu... More

After several kid activities - we needed a dad activity and this was with it. Left kids in RV and went in for a beer. It is in a bit from the highway (a mile or two and a couple turns so look up directions in advance). Minimal seating - 1 table inside, a small serving bar and picnic table... More

This brewery has a wonderful, if somewhat small list of great craft beers to try. Each beer has been carefully planned and produced by the owners who obviously love what they do. I loved the boxcar porter,,, I think it was my favorite..I so thought of Guiness as it is in Ireland when I drank that one. Try their sampler... More
