Wish everyone could take a float plane trip with their female pilot. You could tell she loves Alaska and what she does. She told us so much about the Glaciers and Mountains around us. Everyone coming to Alaska needs to see them from the air. The planes were well maintained and staff very safety conscious.. The only negative, and reason... More

The positive part of the review is that the float plane trip was quite amazing. Danny did a very good job of flying the plane. The negative part of the trip is that we (four of us) waited for at least 45 minutes from our flight time with no explanation or apologies for the delay. In fact, the owner, Vern,... More

Clean, safe planes and highly experienced pilots. Only a half hour drive up from Seward or over from Cooper Landing. The owner gave our Make A Wish son a bonus flight in the Super Cub bush plane when we all flew up to a remote lake to catch big Arctic Grayling all day long. You are sure to have a... More

On a trip with my teenage daughters and took the float plane thinking we would see a couple of glaciers. The pilot was excellent and the views were amazing. We were in awe at the number of glaciers and the beauty of the colors. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies and the service is great!

Imagine watching a bear swim across the lake or catching salmon. Scenic Mountain Air is a fantastic float plane training facility. The setting is gorgeous and you get to learn how to fly in the mountains for free. Learning to fly on floats isn't free. The experienced staff, the great location and the planes make this a wonderful destination.

I have seen the beauty that Alaska has to offer from the air. Scenic Mountain Air did a great job of showing me the most picturesque area of Seward and Moose Pass. The mountains and glaciers are so spectacular.

Spectacular experience. One in a lifetime flyover of Harding ice field. Pilots were very informative and made experience special. Well worth the cost.

On a recent visit, we charted a one hour float plane flight over the Kenia Mountains. Senic Air had been recommended by a local and it was all better than expected. The booking went smoothly and the pilot, Darlene was outstanding. She exuded great confidence and conveyed her vast knowledge of the Glaciers, mountains lakes, and love of Alaska through... More

My wife and I had done 3 difference flightseeing trips in Alaska and we agree that our flight with SMA to Harding Icefield tops them all. I am not saying the other 2 rides (one to McKinley and the other one Misty Fjords) were not good (In fact both rides were also awesome), but the views of the Icefield, numerous... More
