Weather by boat or plane , this is a must visit place. The steep mountains dropping right into the ocean and the amount of rain makes it a amazing place for waterfalls and wildlife

Took a float plane trip from Kitchikan on Tiquan Air out to Misty Fjords National Monument. This was an awesome way to see the fantastic grandeur of nature.

totally wrong input.
Is this only reachable by plane? My wife and I want to hike it, and dont want to have a tour determine how much time we get to spend.

No, we were on a cruise, but saw float planes land on the water. A beautiful spot.
