We stopped for lunch at the day use area and wished our plans allowed us to stay a night or two. The lake is a beautiful color set on a backdrop of beautiful mountains. Would be an awesome kayaking fishing and boating spot. Our aim was to visit Stewart and the bear and salmon glaciers in the area. We stayed... More

The camp ground was very clean and the operators were readily available for any help or advice we needed. Some of the utilities were set up backward to my way of thinking but there are a variety of sites and they have made best use of lake views possible. Pit toilets but well maintained with flower baskets!!

I stopped by this lake/campground just to see what was offered. The man weedeating was helpful in giving directions to the Meziadin Fish Ladder. The campsites appeared to be new & really nice, some even on the water's edge. The lake itself is beautiful and I'm sure there is plenty of wildlife around.

We he been driving and camping in the wild for days nod really needed a place to stop. This park was like finding gold! An absolute treasure. Beautiful and clean and such reasonable pricing. Limited services and wifi wasn't working due to weather but it is available for a small fee. No dump station or sewer so be prepared. The... More

The lake is very beautiful and calm. We fished for salmon from our canoe and really enjoyed the scenery and the calmness of the water. The provincial campground on the lake is also really nice. The sites are level and back in., but they can accommodate almost any size vehicle. There is a boat launch ramp and there is a... More

This is our favorite campsite in all of B.C. It is always clean, quite, and a beautiful view of the lake. The camp hosts are the nicest people we have ever met in a provincial park. We always see bears close to this campground on our way back from Hyder in early evening, eating clover along side of the highway.... More

We came after the main season, in September, and found a nice spot on the campground right away. But even then, the campground was almost full. Beautiful scenery, good location, short travel to Steward and Hyder with access to glaciers and bear viewing. Of course, you might see a bear just there on the campground, too.

We parked our RV in a camp site right beside the lake, we had magnificent views across the lake to the snowcapped mountains on the other side. It is one of the loveliest campgrounds on the Cassier Highway, a definite must stop if you are driving up to Alaska or the Yukon
