Our guide was very considerate and asked us as soon as we landed and started walking. Said this area was a good sheltered place against a bolder...guys on one side, ladies on the other. Squat and go!

We do not carry weapons, we do carry offshore marine flares. These flares are extremely bright, they are very effective at keeping an aggressive bear at a safe distance. All wildlife has a fear of fire, bears included. The... More

Hello, They may go to different areas. We provide hip waders so if the bears happen to be across the creek or in an area that you might get your feet wet to cross we can do without event.
