Steve and Mario were fantastic and the animals are amazing. They are wildlife whisperers in every sense of the term. Steve makes sounds and the animals respond! The tour starts with Mario walking out with a red tail hawk on his hand. Then Steve show a full grown wolf that responds to him like a puppy. A beautiful Lynx a... More

This was a great excursion during our cruise. We might have scared the animals with our umbrellas but we weathered the rain and had fun kissing a moose, feeding the caribou and howling with Isis. Steve and Mario were informative and entertaining throughout the tour. If you want to see Alaska and wildlife, this is a must do tour!

This was without a doubt the best day of our holiday yet! Loved this place! Steve and his business partner Mario put on an excellent show. They are both clearly passionate about the animals and it shows. The animals you can see love and trust the pair of them and the boys are a very practised double act, had us... More

This tour was absolutely amazing!! Steve and Mario were so great, they were full of info and had great stories to share with everyone. So many amazing animals, and the view from the top of the property is beautiful. This was really educational and fun; best tour I did in Alaska. Don't miss this one!!!

A great shore excursion if you are on an Alaskan Cruise. Steve and his partner did a fantastic job of showing the various animals including wolverines, bears, rain deer, moose, weasels, and many more. Their stories are entertaining as they have done film work with Disney, Animal Planet, and National Geographic. A must see location.

We had been looking forward to this tour - a shore excursion from our cruise - so very much, and it exceeded our expectations! The ferry trip from Skagway to the beautiful town of Haines took in some great scenery, and the bus trip from Haines to the refuge was a lot of fun with the lovely bus driver filling... More

This is a MUST do when in the area. I'd go back and see it again! It's incredible how close you can get to these animals. The tour is very interactive and up close and personal! We got to feed a porcupine, pet a baby moose, feed reindeer, and feed a moose a carrot from our mouths. The tour guides... More
